Japanese food is definitely one of my favourite cuisines to eat. I am definitely guilty of getting cravings for wagamamas. Most high streets have at least one place where you can get sushi, even if it’s just your local boots meal deal or supermarket. Although they definitely don’t taste as nice as the real thing. As a household we are trying to consume less meat. So we are constantly trying to find new vegetarian recipes to try out. One of my favourite ones that I’ve come across recently is this epic veggie lasagna. It’s actually a Jamie Oliver recipe which can be easily adapted.
